Layouting e-Service
We're quite well-versed with the primary tools and techniques of cinematic storytelling:
from live-action shooting to editing and final post-production. Our extensive hands-on
experience in camera setup, scene/stage blocking, cutting, optical and digital
compositing, and almost every aspect of film/video production allows us to give your
layouts that invaluable "edge." Here
are the steps involved in this e-Service:
1) You send us a Job Request via e-mail.
2) We'll send you a reply indicating when we can start with the job, how
long it will take, how much we've estimated the job might cost and how you can send us the
following input files we will need:
a) the final script and/or storyboard with scene
breakdown (as MSWord DOC or Acrobat PDF files),
b) the character model sheets and background/scene
designs (as JPEG or PDF files),
c) the Director's Notes/Instructions per scene (as TXT
or DOC files).
3) We do the layouts in batches.
4) We'll create a "client
page" for you at our hernandezbros website in which we'll place preview files of
the finished Layouts for your approval according to a Batch Delivery Schedule.
5) You e-mail your "Approval" and remit to us the corresponding
service fee (in U.S. Dollars) for the batch just delivered and approved via:
a) Western Union Money Transfer, or
b) bank to bank wire transfer, or
c) bank check/draft sent by courier (DHL or UPS).
6) Once we receive payment for the just approved batch, we'll place
in your "client page" the corresponding final printable Layout files and also
the next batch of preview files for your approval.
