Storyboarding e-Service
   Our combined working knowledge of and experiences in writing, painting, illustration, sculpting, still photography, cinematography, film/video editing, live-action directing, animation and special visual effects have honed our visual and cinematic storytelling skills.
  As an integral aspect of the design blueprint or workbook, a well-drawn and effectively visualized storyboard could serve as the source of invaluable inspiration for everybody involved in the production.
 
Here are the steps involved in this service:
1) You send us a Job Request via e-mail.
2) We'll send you a reply indicating when we can start with the job, how long it will take, how much we've estimated the job might cost and how you can send us the following input files we will need:
    a) the final script with scene breakdown (as MSWord DOC or Acrobat PDF files),
    b) if already available: the character model sheets and background/scene designs (as JPEG or GIF files),
   c) if already available: the soundtrack (as WAV files).
3) We do the storyboard in sections.
4) We'll create a "client page" for you at our hernandezbros website in which we'll place preview files of the finished storyboard sections for your approval according to a Batch Delivery Schedule.
5) You e-mail your "Approval" and remit to us the corresponding service fee (in U.S. Dollars) for the Batch just delivered and approved via:
     a) Western Union Money Transfer, or
     b) bank to bank wire transfer, or
    c) bank check/draft sent by courier (DHL or UPS).
6) Once we receive payment for the just  approved batch, we'll place in your "client page" the corresponding final printable storyboard section files and also the next batch of preview files for your approval.

Notes:
1) Pencil (working) boards will be delivered six frames to a letter-size (8.5 x 11 in.) page in JPEG format at 150 dpi.
2) Color (presentation) boards will be delivered two frames to a letter-size page in JPEG format at 150 dpi.
3) We will accommodate requests for a custom delivery format -- other than the above -- at a minimal additional fee on a case to case basis. (E.g.: on your official storyboard sheet with company logo & other data items--you'll have to send us a facsimile image file).
